Kid’s Camera Co. currently ships to all metropolitan and regional areas, Australia wide. We have valued customers enjoying our kids cameras throughout New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and Australian Capital Territory.
We are also currently looking into the potential of shipping internationally. If you are outside of Australia and looking to purchase from us, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to help!
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS
We use a variety of carriers to deliver our orders depending on our customer’s location. These include Australia Post, Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please and StarTrack.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard shipping Australia Wide – flat rate of $6.95
- Express shipping Australia Wide – flat rate of $12.95
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $120
As soon as your order has been placed and payment has been received, a chain of events is set in motion to package your order and have it dispatched from our Australian warehouse as soon as possible!
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. The following table has been prepared as a guide.

Please note that we cannot make any guarantees relating to how long your order will take to reach you. Please allow for potential delays around peak times, such as Christmas, or as a result of COVID lockdowns.
Kids Camera Co. will deny all requests for refunds initiated because of shipping delays outside of our control.
Tracking information (where available) will automatically be sent to the email address entered at the time of checkout. Please ensure you check your spam folder if you have not received tracking information within 2 business days.
Here at Kid’s Camera Co., we believe we have found the best kids cameras in Australia. Before purchasing with us, please ensure you have taken the time to read through our returns policy.
We offer a standard 3 month warranty on our products, from the date of purchase.
Whilst we do our best to ensure all products reach you in tip-top condition, you are responsible for reporting any product faults as soon as you become aware of them. For any defective products, we will endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible, however it must be returned to us so we can verify and investigate the defect. We reserve the right to offer a full refund if the replacement product is not available.
CHANGE OF MIND/ PRODUCT NOT SUITABLE
If you have simply changed your mind, products can be returned to us in exchange for a store credit only. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product is simply not suitable.
If you wish to return for a store credit, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of placing your order for return information.
